About The Founder

Arun Bruce,  the founder and CEO of TransformationX has 20 years of experience advising top tier corporates. He joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) right off B school and worked with BCG across geographies, Arun was elected as MD and Partner at BCG in 2013 and has since advised clients in the Middle East and India.

In his most recent stint, Arun headed the Operations practice for BCG in the Middle East, advising leading clients in the region on procurement, supply chain, localization, cost efficiency and transformation.
